White Chocolate-Chocolate Raspberry Cupcakes

It’s day two of the Valentine’s Day Giveaway, and we’re so excited! We can’t wait to see who the lucky three winners are! While we’re waiting to find out the results (which we won’t find out for another six days), we thought it would be nice to introduce another cupcake/cake flavor! It’s perfect for Valentine’s Day (the colors are so pretty), but it’s also great for any time of year. So, here is the brand new White Chocolate-Chocolate Raspberry Cupcake!

It’s our rich chocolate cake filled with a freshly made raspberry filling (made with fresh raspberries, not frozen), topped with a white chocolate and sour cream frosting and a real sugared raspberry. Take a peak inside…

The sugared raspberries that sit atop these cupcakes are such a perfect little bite of heaven. The crunchy exterior gives way to a burst of fresh flavor and a juicy raspberry inside–it’s delish! It’s almost like candy, but better. I personally LOVE this frosting–it’s such a unique combination with the white chocolate and sour cream; I can’t believe what a yummy combo this is, completely unexpected, but completely delicious.
